How do I sign up?

How do I get my messages?

Just tell us how would you like to get them. When you select a plan with us, you have the ability to set your preferences and choose how messages are delivered to you. Text, email, fax, voicemail … the choice is yours.

What happens if your power goes out?

We have backup systems for our backup systems just to ensure you’re covered. We’re equipped to handle it all – including power outages. With redundant backup systems in place and out-of-state call locations ready to step in, we’ve planned for the worst so you’ll always have the best.

Can I change my package?

Of course! You’re never obligated to stick to a service package that isn’t right for you. We want to make sure you’re getting top value for our service, and we’ll work with you to make sure that happens.

Are you HIPAA certified?

Yes, and we use these superior standards to ensure privacy with every call and every caller.
